Therefore, all decision-making authority is vested in the elders (pastors), who shepherd the church (6)"

Julian Heicklen has fled from the United States.
Julian Heicklen arrived in Israel on May 22, 2012 as a political exile. He was granted Israeli citizenship at customs.

There is a warrant for his arrest in California because he distributed pamphlets on the sidewalk in front of the U.S. District Courthouse in Santa Ana.
Julian Heicklen was arrested previously for the same offense, but the cases were dismissed, in Springfield, MA, Newark, NJ, and 11 times in Manhattan, NY. However, the Department of Homeland Security refuses to return his confiscated property.

Julian Heicklen was tortured seven times in three New York hospitals and once in a Springfield hospital. He was dragged out of his bed at home at 6:00 am by 11 law enforcement officers and placed in jail in the federal courthouse in Manhattan.
Julian Heicklen was arrested by New York City police for standing on the sidewalk in front of the Isaiah wall across from the UN building in New York City and holding two signs which read STOP HATING JEWS. As a result, he was incarcerated for two weeks in the Riker’s Island jail before his case was dismissed in the interest of justice. However New York City refuses to return his confiscated property.

He has been convicted for criminal contempt of Court in Orlando, Florida and sentenced to 145 days in jail for distributing jury information on the sidewalk connecting the county courthouse to the parking lot. The conviction has been appealed, though Julian Heicklen already has served 22 days in the Orange County (Orlando) jail.

In Manhattan, NY, Julian Heicklen was on trial based on a grand jury indictment that he says was forged by the U.S. Attorney. Title 18 USC § 3161(c) states: “In any case in which a plea of not guilty is entered, the trial of a defendant charged in an information or indictment with the commission of an offense shall commence within seventy days from the filing date (and making public) of the information...”

Julian heicklen says Judge Kimba Wood colluded in the forgery by purposely violating 18 USC § 3161(c) to give the U. S. Attorney time to produce a witness. On at least two occasions, Julian Heicklen says undercover agents posed as jurors to entrap him into jury tampering. Both attempts failed. Julian Heicklen has copies of the recordings. After 18 months with no success, Judge Kimba Wood dismissed the charges on April 19, 2012.

Without Publicity, there will be No Justice

The situation described above is the 21st century version of the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration. Yet the U. S. and world press mostly have ignored this story and refuse to publicize it. Without publicity, there will be no justice.

All of the above happened because Julian Heicklen told the truth. Julian Heicklen says: "The United States is now Nazi Germany of the mid 1930s. Hitler is in the White House. The press is afraid to report the news. The American people are in denial. The United States is the number 1 prison state in the world."

Julian Heicklen is one of the people who will be interviewed for the movie, Lawless America. The interview was originally scheduled for New Jersey. It will now be conducted by Skype from Julian's new home in Israel.

Does Jenifer deWolf Paine know any of this or was Jenifer deWolf Paine simply answering to the man, with no moral or legal conscience?

Jenifer deWolf Paine seems to think that the iViewit Technology case against Proskauer Rose was over and seemingly Jenifer deWolf Paine thinks long ago. This evening, I attended a "meeting" of the neighbors of Rocky Mountain Labs which is a propaganda session to pat each other on the back of the fine job NIH is doing endangering, and destroying the neighborhood in South Hamilton where the facility co-existed with the community for over 100 years.

Enter the sycophantic nature of Marshall Bloom, tenure with NIH since 1979.

The sound levels at the laboratory in a residential community exceed World Health standards, and your staff must commit fraud to the US Representative from Montana Denny Rehberg, and the public. Marshall orchestrated the reduction of sound signature from the facility February 2, 2011 and to hire a contractor without a license to use a measurement method to alter how the sound from the RML facility is recorded.

Its a real good thing NIH is the "Policeman" for scientific fraud.

Its also a good thing that Marshall Bloom planned the expansion for 5 years.

Its a good thing Marshall Bloom feels the rollers the RML Bio-4 Lab were built on will withstand a 4.5 Magnitude earthquake, because Montana has had much higher, and is seismically active.

Its a good thing the NIH facility is considered to be in a floodplain and the entire facility could flood as the Bitterroot River drains mountain basins that are 9,000 feet in elevation and carry variety of snowpack per season. Its a good thing the 2000 Montana wildfires burned within 5 miles of the facility, and there is NO federal fire protection at Rocky Mountain Labs.

Its a good thing we have a vaccine for Ebola (we dont).

Its a good thing Marshall Bloom was a yes man for the NIH and the NIAID.

Its a good thing Marshall Bloom cares for his career and agency more than the public's safety.

Its a good thing I hear the bugs being cooled in my house and the Low Frequency Noise is damaging to Humans Health and the etiology (cause) is the Rocky Mountain Labs and Marshall Bloom.

Sean Boushie is the name on the emails sent to me by a person claiming to be Sean Boushie. S-E-A-N B-O-U-S-H-I-E.) He also threatened me if I mention his employer, which I believe is the University of Montana. That's the University of Montana.

Now, Sean Boushie has said that he would do these things to me if I accuse him of any crime on the basis of Crystal Cox's word. So, all I am doing is reprinting Sean Boushie's emails to me.

In my opinion, Sean Boushie is dangerous. I believe the courts should protect Crystal Cox from Sean Boushie by giving her a restraining order, and I believe I should have one as well. I will seek one here and one in Montana as well."

Below is the Letter to the Editor from Sean Boushie, in the Daily Interlake, Kalispell Montana, Sunday 7-19-2009. This was the begining of his 3 year hate campaign, while at work at the University of Montana. I rebutted this letter on my blog about the recall, as the concealed carry topic was not factual and the Recall was mainly about the Rapes in Lincoln County, it was about un-prosecuted Rapes. A portion of this site is dedicated to telling a story, based on true events, regarding a very contentious divorce and custody battle with this ex-wife. The purpose of the website was to attract others going through similarly difficult divorce and custody situations in order to help them manage theirs better. The Father, in this case, was ordered to shut it down under threat of incarceration and/or risk losing custody of his children.

Judge Diane E. Gibbons has violated the father’s civil rights by ordering him to remove the blog. Fact is, he neither owns the website nor the content. The existence of the website, in and of itself, has no affect on his children. It would forever remain so, provided both parents monitor the children’s computer usage as any good parent should."

The Crystal Cox I know in Montana.

When I was running for the Mayor of Hamilton, MT in 2009 I first encountered Crystal Cox. She called me and told me she found me from my advocacy on the Internet, specifically my Bitterroot Rising website describing the judicial hell in Montana.

As it turns out, Crystal Cox used her Internet experience to archive my website, Bitterroot Rising so the information about the area, blowing the whistle so to speak would be preserved. I honestly do believe that Crystal Cox's heart is in exposing the problems most people are too scared to even try to expose.

Crystal has stood beside me, behind me as I watched my decorated FEMA career stolen to the old boy network that have direct ties into the Obama Administration and Senior Senator Max Baucus (Obamacare maker). These powerplayers need no law, they have ultimate power of Judges, corporations, and anything else they want.

Crystal Cox supported me as I was falsely accused of crimes four (4) times as I presented the Montana US President letter to the public written by Roy P. Pilkey of Montana in 2009. As we asked for civil rights from the first African American President and ignored, Crystal Cox used her blog network to support, and spread this important message.

The Montana US President Letter has been read by approximately 15 million readers, as well as the presidential scandal (of many) of covering up crime of a unsupervised law student who prosecuted me outside of several of my established rights, which in itself is three (3) felony crimes.

While my character was being bullied by the media conglomerate that now houses the Associated Press [this award was not a coincidence] in serial defamation of my character, Crystal Cox stepped up and bought www.LeeEnterprisesSucks.com to portray the problems we as Americans know are ingrained in the corporate United States press today. For those of you that do not know what it is like to fight for your life against adversaries that have all the resources, and have none of the rules, laws applied equally, perhaps then we should look at Crystal Cox in this light. Emotional Distress did very strange things to me after I was falsely imprisoned with murders and psychopaths in 19 hour lock downs (yes as a former decorated FEMA officer). As these corporate-governmental actors feel they can do whatever they want to you, I challenge any American to have any of their rights upheld in today's courts.

More than 7,000 Occpiers have been arrested against their established and fundamental right to peaceful assembly. Crystal Cox and I wrote to Mayors all over the country asking them to uphold the people's rights and keep their police chiefs in line with the US Constitution. What have mainstream media journalists done for the US Constitution and Americans rights in the last year? Why have our police forces throughout the US completely forgotten what it means to raise your right hand and swear to uphold the Constitution of their state and the United States?

So this petty idea that Crystal Cox is an extortionist is the best ploy people who are journalists who have LARGE student loan debt want to label and cage Crystal Cox. Has anyone considered that she faced trial as a Defendant for speaking the truth, for millions of dollars she did not have, and she is not a pro, corporate attorney? As for Marc Randazza, I found this "civil rights" lawyer based upon a communication he wrote for a client published on the Internet. I arranged the phone "meeting" between Mr. Randazza and Crystal Cox. I did not like the pushy nature that transpired, but we were searching for representation with respect to a first amendment issue, and Mr. Randazza's reputation was that of a leading attorney in this area. As I spoke of the Emotional Distress [predicated by being falsely accused of a crime] that Crystal Cox was under, the mix of Cox and Randazza (sorry, couldn't refuse) was beyond blood and water as two very driven, directed people who don't take crap for a living.

It is unfortunate that Crysal Cox and Mark Randazza decided to make war instead of seeing the common cause of first amendment freedom of speech. To be very honest, I think Marc Randazza was a bit humbled that Crystal Cox approached him as prospective counsel, reflecting in him probably prematurely declaring he was representing Crystal Cox prior to the initial view and acceptance of the case as was my understanding at the time.

For all the people calling Crystal Cox "unhinged" I challenge you to wear her war bonnet for a day. I dare you to challenge a journalist profession that is such a bitch to corporations and governments that they are literally told what to write, and even the headlines (this is NOT made up). All of a sudden these "professionals" on a leash who are neglecting to do investigative journalism to expose corruption and fraud are jealous of bloggers like Crystal Cox. Whether they admit this or not, this is the truth, Crystal Cox sits at her keyboard without deadlines, expectations, advertisers, or a boss. As these journalists are tied into their corporate debt from "Journalism School" and are on a leash that Crystal Cox is not on. The jealousy is readily apparent in the attacks of Crystal Cox who is under tremendous emotional distress due to the allegations of wrongdoing, and the court never even had the Plaintiff in the Oregon case prove the false statements, merely crucify Crystal Cox as a non-journalist.

Bless me St. Joe, but what can a journalist do now that nothing can stop the industrial-military complex from invading countries without cause, or degrading my neighborhood with a Government NIH lab without adequate protection from Ebola, and other infectious agents? So in response to this letter about my background, I obtained decoration from FEMA including a national security clearance, and have had my "protected" information raided, falsely published by counsel for journalists and find that when you are someone like Crystal Cox, court rules, established rights are slighted. Am I saying that Crystal Cox nor I are perfect, no way. We would not know each other if it weren't for a common cause that she has been instrumental in giving me a world audience, for which I am forever thankful.

Marc Randazza posted something on his blog that was retracted on the Internet Long ago. What good is retraction laws, and the ability to "Edit", if attorneys like Marc Randazza take retracted information and make it live.

This retracted statement was sent to Marc Randazza by David Aman, the Plaintiff's Attorney, it is assumed. This post was labeled as directly the words of Summit Bankruptcy Insider Stephanie DeYoung, yet when Stephanie DeYoung committed on Marc Randazza's blog, he, being a Free Speech Advocate, would not allow her comment to be posted.

Then Marc Randazza, in his mission to discredit Blogger Crystal Cox, he, posted a commented on that very post that said it was Blogger Crystal Cox, herself, who made the comment, so he refused to let the comment through. Marc Stated this April 6th 2012, and it is shown in the video "Crazy Blogger Crystal Cox" which is full of partial quotes, false light and flat out lies about Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza did this, even though he knew full well that the comment on April 4th 2012 was from Stephanie, as he had emailed her right after she posted the second comment. Marc Randazza is protecting Big Media's foothold over the rights of Citizen Journalists, and Anti-Corruption Bloggers.

Marc Randazza is protecting big wigs in the Porn Industry and saying it is all in the name of free speech, yet Marc Randazza is suppressing Free Speech. David Carr of the New York Times and Kashmir Hill of AboveTheLaw.com and Forbes is helping Marc Randazza in creating this web of lies and deceit to silence, intimidate, and pressure Blogger Crystal Cox into NOT Appealing her case. And in making others believe that I am not a journalist because of my alleged "standards" in which is not true. "Standards" have nothing to do with whether I am a journalist legally or not and nothing to do with if that blog post was true or not.

Also keep in mind, I was not on trial for Extortion, nor has their even been a criminal complaint filed, as it is simply not true, in which I have proved. Yet the New York Times and Forbes cannot have bloggers thinking they are "Journalists" or Big Media will Tumble. I say boycott Big Media as they Tell Big Lies and are protected by laws that real news reporters such as bloggers are not protected by.

Marc Randazza was going to represent blogger Crystal Cox in an appeal that affects all bloggers and all citizens in their free speech rights (Obsidian V. Cox). Yet soon after Blogger Crystal Cox chose a different Lawyer, Marc Randazza launched a campaign of hate and lies to create an illusion, a distraction surrounding the alleged motives of Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza is acting as if he agrees that bloggers can be journalists, just not this one.

However, what has happened to me to keep bloggers down and not give bloggers the same rights as "journalists", also happened to Shellee Hale and allegedly 200 other bloggers. My case is simply the most buzz, because it had the biggest price tag in my judgement of $2.5 Million Dollars.

Marc Randazza has deliberately lied about Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox, Over and Over. The motive is clearly to attempt to STOP my Appeal, to discredit me, to provide a smoke screen to the corruption I am exposing, of which also involves Lightsquared and iViewit. Both in which Marc Randazza's buddies, clients Liberty Media, Corbin Fisher and Others, will lose BILLIONS over.

Marc Randazza even went so far as lie to Stephanie Deyoung about Blogger Crystal Cox, in claiming she was changing the focus of the story from Kevin Padrick to herself, knowing full well that Blogger Crystal Cox constantly blogs on the Summit Bankruptcy. This was a lie to make people turn on this "One" Blogger, Crystal Cox, even though she is simply getting the corruption story found, it is not her story, nor did she make it up or knowingly post false information.

Marc Randazza has contacted others to get them to turn on me, and yet the Truth is still standing if anyone wants to actually look at the facts instead of simply joining the Marc Randazza Attack on Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza is part of suing 35,000 innocent people that Corbin Fisher, Liberty Media seem to have baited into downloading videos, and is now extorting these folks for what he is calling an "Amnesty Program". This is a video technology that is owned by the iViewit Technology Company, in which the inventors have not got a dime. And this amazing videos technology was invented over a decade ago, by the iViewit inventors. Corbin Fisher, Liberty Media seem to be "in" with MPEG LA in using the IViewit Technology with NO Legal Right to the Video Imaging Technology.

Marc Randazza is a powerful attorney in this "game", as his connections are pretty high in the Porn Industry, which seems to control many judges and attorneys. However, I have faith that the Truth will prevail. We cannot let the Marc Randazza Lie, stand as the Truth just because he has big connections and many blogger thugs to paint fluff about him, to hide the Truth.

Dear Author,

It is nice that you have used an old post of mine that I have removed. My post was in part true and in part emotionally based. You see, Crystal was fighting for me because my family had me hospitalized because I had a manic episode after fleeing for my life from Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance and David Aman of Tonkon Torp.

They had harassed me, bullied me, and took all my investments using tactics such as freezing bank accounts, filing court proceedings, making false accusations in the newspaper and in the court documents, making me do a deposition before any of the Summit 1031 Accommodators owners had to, making me do a 2004 documentation request, ignoring my rights in my ownership in various properties, etc.

While trying to fight for my rights, they played their attorney games with my attorney’s making my attorney bills huge. I finally ran out of money to fight for my rights, so they got my properties by me filing for bankruptcy so they couldn’t keep coming after me. They simply took my children’s investment illegally, but again I have no money now to fight it and even if I did, it wouldn’t be enough because Kevin Padrick has way more money and resources, that no justice could ever be found.

So Crystal attacked my family because they hospitalized me in a total inappropriate manner and I believe there was some other powers higher up that contributed to the way things went down.

Anyway, I removed the post you have here on this blog because after I was done being angry at everyone including Crystal, I realized it was emotionally charged and without merit.
I wish you would get the story straight on who the true predator is.

I Believe that Marc Randazza got the call, as he told me from top people in the Porn Industry, and they said "what are you going to do about it" as Marc Randazza told me. And this call was not about what are you going to do to help this woman, this case so that it does not affect the Free Speech, and First Amendment Rights of the porn industry.

This call was to get Marc Randazza to represent me, in my appeal, so that Marc Randazza could negotiate a deal with Obsidian Finance Group and their Attorney and then with me Crystal Cox, Investigative Blogger. A deal that would look good for us all and therefore STOP me from going to Appeal.

See, what if I win the appeal and get the label as "Credible" instead of "Bat Shit Crazy". See then the real issue comes up, see then I would look Credible in my 3 years of promoting Eliot Bernstein and the iViewit Technologies story. And this is the "Real Agenda" this is a 13 Trillion Dollar Video Technology that the Porn Industry has been using for over a decade. Stolen by Proskauer Rose, Kenneth Rubenstein and the gang at MPEG LA and involving many other Law Firms, Individuals and Companies. Part of the iViewit Technology was patented illegally by the MoviLink gang that seems to by lynching me in support of Marc Randazza.

Marc Randazza's offer to represent me back fired, as I did not like the way he treated me and I chose another Lawyer. This has led to an online brawl, with the real prize being the iViewit Technology.

Also Note that Tonkon Torp is connected to Enron whom collapsed mainly to do with deals over the Iviewit Technology. Proskauer Rose Law Firm is connected to all of this, so is Warner Bros., Sony, Foley and Lardner, Greenberg Trauig, Arthur Anderson ( where the Star witness of Obsidian V. Cox Gary of PNW Tax Advisors Portland use to work), and also SGI, Time Warner Inc., Intel Corp, Volvo, Blockbuster, Lockheed Martin, and hundred more are involved in the iViewit Technology Theft. The iViewit Technology is worth 13 Trillion Dollars and all video has used this technology for over a decade, the inventors did not get any rights or profit what so ever. They did get their Volvo bombed, and many other torturous acts upon them.

See if Marc Randazza could stop the Appeal, this saves the Big Porn companies Millions on top of Millions over the use of a technology that the inventors did not get paid for. Judge Chee Burnsides made sworn statement prior to being a police officer in 2004. He made known false statements about traffic violations, and financial responsibility.

In 2006 Officer Chee Burnsides shot a handcuffed man named Jensen and tased him. There were no witnesses, and the Coconino County Attorney gave Burnsides a pass.

Officer Chee Burnsides was hired by Sheriff Chris Hoffman in 2006 or 2007 after the shooting.

Judge Chee Burnsides does not respect the law, in any regard.

There seems to be some question as to who discussed with me that it may be a good idea to NOT Appeal the Obsidian Vs. Cox Case.

I had wrote this on my Marc Randazza Blog awhile Back.

"Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more."

In the Video Below when I talk about First Amendment Bar experts recommending that I do not file appeal for possible lobbying efforts, it was Marc Randazza I was talking about. At this time I had spoke with Marc Randazza and was waiting for him to get back to me. I thought Marc Randazza was a First Amendment Expert and I wanted to do what was right for the Greater Good, as I made it VERY clear on our phone call.

I am posting these emails in order to provide Transparency, I would not have posted these had David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney not Leaked my Email to Him to "Big Media" in seeming attempt to incite hate, discredit me, defame me with malice, and attack me, even though he had already WON.

This misled me, deceived me, in my Pro Se Capacity, that along with the fact that the lawsuit had already been filed, a cease and desist already sent and I was responding to David Aman, Attorney for the Plaintif CONTACTING ME.

I did not email David Aman out of the Blue, and I did NOT Extort the Plaintiff in any way. I certainly assumed these emails were privileged, private correspondence between Crystal Cox, Defendant (Me) in My Pro Se Capacity and Opposing Counsel David Aman, Tonkon Torp Lawyer for Plaintiff Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group.

That Email was in Response to the "Letter from David Aman" as you see in the Thread Below and at this link (Click Here) you See David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney's Filing called Aman "Reply Memorandum In Support of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgement", On the Bottom of Page 3 David Aman Says, "In fact, Ms. Cox’s real purpose for falsely attacking plaintiffs, is clear. In
response to plaintiffs’ December 22, 2010 "cease and desist" letter, she wrote the following by email on January 19, 2011:" It was in Response to their Threats in order to STOP a Year Long Lawsuit and in Effort to Negotiate a Cease Fire, I wanted them to Cease Fire and made an Offer, later I learned it was called a "Settlement Communication". I did not know that at First as I had never been sued, and certainly had never been my Own Pro Se Attorney.

And now Kashmir Hill of Forbes, David Carr of the New York Times, Marc Randazza, Kenneth P. White of Popehat.com, Tracy Coenen, Randazza Legal Group, have launched a campaign to set up a Blogger for Extortion when I was not accused of Extortion in an Criminal Complaint, nor was I on trial for extortion and now this Lynch Mob has put me under Extreme Duress and ALL will be named in my Federal Hate Crime Filing, Criminal Complaint, Judicial Complaint, FBI Complaint, Attorney General Complaint, Bar Complaint and Department of Justice Complaint.

The motive is unclear, as the Plaintiff already got what "they" wanted, a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement. SO why leak one email in a thread of several emails between Crystal Cox, Defendant (Me) in My Pro Se Capacity and Opposing Counsel David Aman ?

The motive is certainly with actual malice, certainly is defaming, paints me in False Light, is misleading to the masses in major media publications, violates my rights to privacy, accuses me of a crime, endangers my life, incites a riot against me and puts me under huge duress for no reason as THEY had already WON their Case, and I was not on Trial for that ONE EMAIL in any way. Nor had I been charged with a Crime.

These Emails were a Communication Between 2 Attorneys in this case as it was between me, Crystal Cox in my Pro Se Capacity and David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff ( Opposing Counsel ) and it Seems to Proclaim it is Confidential and Should not get into the Wrong hands, thing is this Same Attorney leaked part of these emails to set me up for extortion.

Below is Several Emails Between Crystal Cox in her Pro Se Capacity and David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff Obsidian Finance Group, Kevin Padrick and David Brown.

The Emails make the point that I clarified that I was not offering to remove anything for money.

The Emails also show that David Aman, Attorney for the Plaintiff had contacted me first, threatened a lawsuit and my response was to offer a service to negotiate a STOP to this legal action.

And the Emails show that David Aman Baited me, as he asked me what my services and rates would include, what they were, I made if clear that it was not to remove anything, and then he cried I extorted him and his client, Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group.

These emails are between the Plaintiff's Attorney, and someone acting Pro Se, as their own attorney in MY Pro Se Capacity, AFTER a 10 Million Dollar Lawsuit had been filed against me.

One of the services I offered online was Internet Marketing, so I offered this as a negotiation. The Plaintiff's Attorney, David Aman Tonkon Torp, Offered me a Settlement in which I would pay them, they offered that twice, they called it a "Settlement Communication".

Marc Randazza offered to buy Marc Randazza.com long ago, though Kashmir Hill of Forbes has the story all wrong, and has not even seen the entire email communication between Blogger Crystal Cox and Marc Randazza nor does she know of the content of the Marc Randazza Crystal Cox phone call.

Anyway, Marc Randazza offered for the Domain Name, then he demanded, both I refused. Then Marc Randazza, to teach me a lesson, called the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to offer Testimony, a Deposition, to set me up for Extortion though I never Extorted Him. This because he was upset over me buying the Domain Name, which is certainly NOT illegal.

AFTER Marc Randazza Joined Forces with the "Bad Guys", the Plaintiff, and I, being my own attorney was given notice of Marc Randazza's Deposition to set me up, then I got upset and AFTER this, I bought several more dotcoms to prove a point, and noticing that Marc Randazza 's wife and daughter's dotcom was available, what better way to make the point of how bad he is at this "Domainer" thing, and how he is NOT the Internet Expert he Claims to Be.

See even after Marc Randazza threatened me for own his dot com and even though he defened Isaac Eiland-Hall in the buying, owning and using the domain name
"www.GlennBeckRapedAndMurderedAYoungGirlIn1990.com" , still he did not buy the dot com of his beloved, WHAT?

Marc Randazza emailed me and told me I have no right to own a domain name that resembles his name. Talk about Double Standards. Was it extortion for the Glen Beck name to be purchased and used attacking Glen Back and accusing him of rape and murder? This Domain Name "implies"that a Young Girl is a "Minor" right? And it accuses a man of a Rape and Murder. This is Ok in the Eyes of Attorney Marc Randazza, but for some reason me Owning MarcRandazza.com is not, nor Owning JenniferRandazza.com and his childs name, which I bought AFTER he joined the plaintiff to PROVE and to prove Point, and I never Published that Information he did that. Popehat.com Kenneth White and Marc Randazza did that with her photo, as did Forbes Kashmir Hill. NOT ME.

Even after the threat to me for buying MarcRandazza.com, he still was to dumb to buy the dotcom of his own wife and child. I wanted to point out that he was a Fraud in his representation to Potential Clients, as I had interviewed Marc Randazza to possibly represent me, and he was so Disrespectful that I chose a better choice for me and for the Entire Blogger V. Journalist, Free Speech, First Amendment Rights Debate. I did not initiate connect with Marc Randazza, nor Him to me, we agreed to talk through the recommendation of another person, one of my Investigative Bloggers, whom was also on the call.

I never "Begged" Marc Randazza to be my Attorney, in FACT I never even asked. I simply took the call in order to feel out my options, and get more information on what I thought to be Experts in the First Amendment Bar. I had already been contacted by the Attorney I did choose and was weighing my options. And trying to learn all I could for best of for all who do what I do, so I could make the right decision on the next step for the Greater Good.

Marc Randazza, almost lost me the Attorney I wanted, because Marc Randazza told the Attorney that he represented me. This was after my Attorney had heard through others of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was representing me.

Those believing I begged him to be my Attorney are Flat Wrong, think about it, why would I do that when I already had what I deem to be the most respected First Amendment Expert. A Legal Scholar who treated me with respect and focused on the Merits of the Case and nothing petty what so ever. I chose a man who is Respectful of my Rights and Talks kind to me, treats me with dignity even if he disagrees he is respectful about it and presents a very Intelligent, Sensible reason why he may disagree.

I had already spoke to this man, and read his incredible resume (Click Here to Read).

And yes I took a call to see what Marc Randazza Had to say, to offer, and out of respect for my Investigative Blogger whom contacted him. And I took the call to explore my options, thing is we did not speak again and next thing I knew, he was telling others he represented me and I had already agreed to work with the Attorney I chose. I had to contact Marc Randazza to tell him he did not represent me and why, I will be posting that email in Full coming soon. No one sentence pulled out as Kash-Shmear Hill likes to do, instead of investigate the entire TRUTH and Real FACTS.

Keep in mind this Plaintiff that Marc Randazza decided to align with was the same Plaintiff he was negotiating with in December of 2011, on my behalf and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Conflicts of Interest, Talking Behind the Potential Clients Back, Giving Away my Strategy, and completely disrespecting me and violating my right.

So Marc Randazza offered to buy the Domain Name, then Marc Randazza emailed and said you made your point what do you want and now he is Roaring that I extorted HIM, that is simply not true and is a Smoke Screen to cover up what he actually did to me.

Now Cut to David Aman, the Original Accuser of Extortion, and the One whom gave Forbes the infamous, false light defamatory email AFTER he had already won his case against me. See the Media Frenzy saying I am Guilty Until Never Given the Chance to be Proven Innocent, well they all got their Story from David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff. Yet David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney in his Frenzy to set me up for Extortion is still making me offers to Settle.

Yesterday, April 2nd 2012 David Aman, made and Offer to My Attorney to Settle. Why do this ? See David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney really wants to set me up for Extortion, he recently Deposed me and it was all about setting me up and previous income instead a real asset probe which would be about future income.

Last Week David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney threatened to file another Motion to Compel with Judge Hernandez to threaten and Harass me some more, this week an offer to Settle. It is all so convoluted.

My name is Robert Gettinger, I'm the son of Gertrude Gettinger who immigrated to Los Angeles from Canada in 1959 with her husband Franz and two Children Sylvia and Robert.

Our mother worked her entire life as a maid and housekeeper to provide for her family. She raised Sylvia and myself putting us through school and college. In our teens our parents divorced leaving our mother to raise us alone. I kept in contact with both my parents while Sylvia sided with our mother and showed obvious hate and anger towards our father after the separation.

My sister Sylvia moved out of the home in 1982 when she married her first husband. She never had a close relationship with anyone in our family. She did not speak or see our father after 1972 when our parents separated. She failed to stay in contact with our mother and rarely called or visited.

Sylvia's relationship with our mother was even more strained when she demanded a divorce from her first husband Ralph Velasco. Sylvia had an affair with Gary A. Schmidt who was married with a wife who was pregnant in the hospital with their first child (Hallie Schmidt) at the time.

When problems started
July 19, 2001 Franz L. Gettinger our father passes away. His daughter Sylvia is disinherited since she was estranged from him for over 35 years. Sylvia accuses me of influencing our father and cheating her out of her inheritance. She left threatening phone messages at my home regarding our father and the inheritance. I've included dated emails which correspond with her phone messages and threats. (see audio and emails)

What happened to our mother
Sylvia Schmidt removed $200,000.00 from Gertrude Gettinger's bank accounts plus cash, personal documents, family jewelry, gold and silver from her home (prior to our mother's conservatorship 12/08/2006) . To stop Gertrude from reporting the crimes Sylvia fabricated events and stories that our mother was suffered from dementia and mental illness. Sylvia's claims of events vary depending on date and who she's reporting to.

She claimed Gertrude's home had numerous attempted burglaries to cover missing property but she never filed a police report. Instead Sylvia perjured a petition for conservatorship forcing Gertrude to be locked in a nursing home and over medicated with psychological drugs to stop her from exposing the crimes against her.

September 2006 LAPD Hollywood division police report documents Gertrude's home was burglarized by Sylvia who used a spare key to enter the premises. Gertrude's property deed, financial documents, credit cards, car and home keys, cash, passport, INS documents were all stolen. Electronics, radios, TV etc. were untouched.

Gertrude named Sylvia and Gary A. Schmidt as the sole suspects. The report included the statement "Sylvia and her husband Gary were attempting to force Gertrude to sign a power of attorney". The fact only specific financial and identification items were stolen highlights the motive of identity theft. (See Police Report)

October 2006 Sylvia complains to APS and Mental Health that Gertrude is suffering from mental problems. Sylvia has been estranged from her mother for over 24 years and is forbidden access to her mother's home yet she is makes states as if she were an actual witness. When Sylvia first complained to APS they sent a psychiatric support team "Genesis" to investigate. Genesis cleared Gertrude and did not find any problems. Sylvia claims her mother had lost a great deal of weight, yet Sylvia never brought her food. Sylvia claimed her mother did not pay her utility bills yet Gas company records show she did pay them and when her mail was forwarded to another address she over paid them to ensure utilities were not turned off These are not the actions of a mentally ill person.

November 2006 Gertrude is removed by APS against her wishes from her 6 unit apartment complex she owned and managed herself. APS acted due to letters and legal threats written by Sylvia. Gertrude was working and driving a car prior to her removal. Gertrude was in the process of selling her home and moving back to Austria to retire with life time friends.

November 2006 Sylvia Schmidt and lawyer Christopher E. Overgaard perjure their petition to conserve Gertrude Gettinger. Gertrude has no medical history of mental illness. They fail to notify me claiming they had no address. Approximately $200,000.00 in bank accounts goes unreported. Probate department is unable to do full accounting when Sylvia provides the incorrect address. Sylvia and Gary Schmidt purchase real property in the Santa Clarita Valley which may be how bank accounts were transferred from Gertrude's name.

I notice something wrong at my mothers home and attempt to contact Sylvia via phone and email. Sylvia ignores my calls and emails. Months later I'm given a false account of events, statements and Sylvia refuses to reveal where she moved our mother. Sylvia fails to inform me she's formed a conservatorship. She fails to inform the court about contact with me.

Sylvia tells me due to a lack of funds there's work I need to do at our mother's home in preparation for renting out apartments. On three separate occasions my wife and I go to my mother's home to demo a wall, remove debris and do cleaning. Sylvia promises to meet but each time fails to appear, instead sends a paid friend. Sylvia leaves messages that she will not show up. Later in legal accounting I found she's billing our mother's estate for the work my wife and I had performed for no charge and for work she never performed.

Due to Sylvia's odd behavior, statements and dishonesty I located the case number and lawyers involved in the conservatorship. I emailed Violet Boskovich PVP for Gertrude. She forwarded my concerns and email to Christopher Overgaard who informed Sylvia yet they did nothing.

Sylvia's intention has always bin to liquidate our mothers estate. Knowing her mother and brother did not want to sell anything Sylvia misled us. Sylvia told Gertrude she intended to trade her home for a nicer one in Santa Monica where it would be safer for her to reside. Sylvia sent legal forms allowing me to object to the sale to the wrong address. Sylvia lied, telling me her intentions were to rent our mothers apartment complex to help pay our mother's costs.

Sylvia misled the court by asking for permission to trade the property to avoid sales taxes. Once the sale was completed Sylvia changed her story stating she could not find an appropriate exchange property. Sylvia misled the court stating she could not find a suitable property thus she requested investing all proceeds into stocks. This was against suggestions of a financial consultant Sylvia hired who recommended renting the property over selling.

None of Gertrude's estimated 2 million dollars has bin in blocked accounts as required by law. The court never pursued the matter only an expensive bond was filed. Sylvia's goal is to have control of Gertrude's finances so when she passes she'll have complete possession.

Court documents show Sylvia blamed me for $200,000k in missing bank accounts. She claims she had no contact with me for 10 years. She and her lawyer claimed they hired a Private Investigator named Michael Jay who could not locate me. They reported I was using another name and living in another country. They could not find the current address I've been using for the past 16 years and which Sylvia had used in the past.

I have cashed checks, greetings cards, emails and phone messages proving Sylvia has my phone number, address and was in contact with me. Sylvia provided documents with the address she claimed not to possess during discovery.

PVP Boskovich never informed the court I appeared, emailed her and after numerous meetings with my mother failed to inform her that she had contact with her son. Documents were submitted to the court proving perjury and crimes committed by Sylvia Schmidt and attorney Christopher Overgaard. Overgaard was replaced by the President of the Pasadena Bar Philip Barbaro Jr. Barbaro never denied the perjury or allegations instead lied to the court stating I was in a fishing expedition.

Judge Coleman Swart stated if the allegations were found to be true he would offer me the option to be conservator of my mother. This led me to file for the conservatorship. The court ordered a neutral doctors exam to determine Gertrude's capacity to make a will or testify in court. Gertrude has requested but was always denied any chance to appear in court. Sylvia went beyond sending payment to the doctor and included a letter of false information. She failed to include a complete medical record, highlighted negative events and left out positive evidence of Gertrude's medical history.

Dr. Yegiazaryan (Psychiatrist) performed a full psychological evaluation and determined Gertrude does not suffer from Dementia or Alzheimer, instead suffers from depression and a mini stroke. She warned Sylvia Gertrude should be taken off dangerous medications, especially Haldol. Sylvia changed doctors to Dr. Said Jacob who continues prescribing Haldol.

Dr. Liu (MD) removed himself from the care of Gertrude due to abuse, language and dangerous actions by Sylvia stating "He did not want to take a chance of losing his license, Sylvia's a Doctor Jeckel and Mr. Hyde". She can be charming at one moment and angry and abusive the next". Sylvia was demanding unauthorized medication changes against doctors orders.

Judge Swart retires and is replaced by Candace Beason in 2008. Gertrude witnessed her stolen jewelry at Sylvia's home that she reported September 2006. In retaliation Sylvia filed a false police report of Elder abuse against me at LAPD Hollywood Division.

Sylvia uses the false Elder Abuse Police report against me informing the judge and PVP I am abusing our mother. No charges filed no evidence of any crime. The mere face that a report was filed against me falsely bias the court.

Judge Beason ignores perjury, failure to notify family and other crimes. Discovery of medical records prove Sylvia misled doctors and gave false accounts of events. Sylvia manipulated doctors and medications causing medical and psychological complications.

Sylvia refuses to provide records and documents requested in discovery. She had no billing for a Private Investigator, address or proof of his existence. California PI public records show no licensed investigator named "Michael Jay". Lawyer Overgaard never personally served Gertrude as required by law. Dr. Tucker who completed mental capacity forms did not have 2 years of dementia experience required by law.

Nursing home notes give different accounts of events where Sylvia was not present. Notes reveal Sylvia was notified during an emergency when Gertrude had breathing problems and Sylvia failed to act.
Staff notes prove Gertrude refused (1) pill a stool softener. Sylvia claimed Gertrude refused all medications. The result Gertrude is forced dangerous psychotropic drug injections of Haloperidol. Sylvia warned by Doctors of the dangers continues requesting bigger dozes.

Notes show conflicting accounts given by Sylvia to Dr. Trader who was performed the neutral examination. Sylvia states Gertrude ran naked down the halls, screaming at all hours of the night. Official notes state, Gertrude was waiting wearing a night gown in her room for a medication nurse. The nurse forgets her medication. Tells Gertrude to wait she'll return and leaves. Gertrude cooperates, waits and is found hours later at her doorway collapsed on the floor. She's heard calling for the nurse and seen on closed circuit video by staff.
Mid 2006 Gertrude's mail is no longer delivered to her home. Unaware mail is forwarded to Sylvia Schmidt's home prior to being conserved. Gertrude thought someone was stealing her mail from her mail box, she removed her mail box so the mail carrier would use the door slot.

Actions of a logical person not a mentally ill one. Sylvia states "mother ripped her mail box off the wall" as if she's mentally ill to support her petition.

Ralph Velasco, Sylvia's first husband is contacted by Gertrude. He visits and witnesses what's going on. He calls Sylvia asking about what he witnessed and he's told not to help her. In Velasco's deposition he states Sylvia hated her father and never had contact with him. She was angered when he visited her father with me. He gave accounts how Sylvia never had a good relationship anyone in her family. Sylvia asked him not give me any info as to our mother.

What happened to me
While Gertrude was conserved without notice my family possessions at my former home were destroyed, sold or thrown away by Sylvia. PVP Boskovich and Philip Barbaro Jr. filed false police reports and perjured objections to stop discovery and subpoena's for missing bank accounts. Judge Beason failed to read my petitions and was unfamiliar with the case. Boskovich failed to inform the court I had contact with her. She failed to investigate 2 missing bank accounts. I stopped my legal proceeding when it was apparent PVP and the court were biased.

January 2011 Sylvia's lawyer files a false police report with Police stating I threatened family and the court. I'm arrested then released no charges filed. It's revealed Judge Aviva K. Bobb is influences police to act. The DA failed to file charges since no crime had been committed. The report contained statements by Sylvia and were censored .

Current Situation
Sylvia has possession of over 2 million dollars, in unblocked bank accounts, She bills our mother $40 an hour or $40,000 a year to be conservator, she bills for work not perform or needed. She invades unannounced Gertrude's nursing home room with a key made without permission. She places and removes items unannounced to confuse and molest our mother. While Gertrude attends meals or doctor visits she removes court documents, leaves misleading items, removes personal items to confuse our mother and make her feel unsafe.

She has our mother's mail forwarded to her home then bills $40 an hour to re-deliver personal mail. Doctors are lied to and manipulated with false stories and events leading them to believe Gertrude has symptoms of mental illness. Gertrude has been isolated and denied family visits for over 4 years. The court is misled with lies to support Sylvia's actions and fees.

Conclusion
A child who never had a positive relationship with a parent was able to take over her parents life and finances by perjuring documents. Sylvia stole personal possessions, cash and over $200k in bank accounts. A conservatorship based on perjury is being used to hide crimes and isolate the victim. Fraudulent billing is submitted to the court, unnecessary legal costs are billed to victims draining her life savings. The court does not act when informed of crimes and abuse. Those involved in the crime and those who ignore the abuse and crimes should be prosecuted.
